North American Power Group, Ltd. (NAPG), a privately held small business, is developing the Two Elk Energy Park (Energy Park) in the Powder River Basin (PRB). The Energy Park is a planned series of multiple renewable and other electric power generation and carbon capture and sequestration facilities.
